'Prima kamers boven een pub. Een beetje lawaaierig. Ontbijt moest je avond ervoor bestellen, was ok, niet super, maar goed genoeg. Personeel is vriendelijk en correct. Minpunt was de douche, deze was erg klein (nog nooit zo klein gezien) en de watertemperatuur bleef op en neer gaan, van warm (te warm) naar koud.'

'Stayed here before and was ok . Room cleaned and serviced . Stayed in a room with extreme heat and never emptied bins or changed towels after 3 days . Front door entrance is a night mare. Will only open after about 3 goes of the digital code . Don’t send you your room number. Builder had hired a sex worker who steeled like a cat all night . Started at 5.00am again so I didn’t need my alarm clock . No sleep . Rubbish . Won’t be back . More of an unattended hostel .'

'Our stay was very good. It was in the middle of the steep hill. So, was a minute walk from Lincoln castle. Around the hotel was lovely boutique shops and cafes. The a Hotel had a coffee shop that served lovely food. We would definitely return to Rest hotel. 😍'

'Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

'The property was next door to a bus stop which was very handy the only problem was the door locking system some times it work's ok sometimes it doesn't id prefer a key system myself??? Technology is okay when it works ok,but not always 100/% per cent reliable ? But otherwise they Hotel was spot on'

'Lovely hotel in a fabulous quiet location. We stayed for 4days the food was good but the menu didn't change in the time we were there, so not a lot of choice. Having said that the area has a number of good eating places nearby. Staff hard working and attentive. Would definitely stay again.'

'This place is a little gem. A great deal of thought has gone into the rooms, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean.
