High-quality equipment should provide a restful environment for up to 8 people on approximately 132 square meters. The house has a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm, separate mattresses) on the ground floor, a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200cm, separate mattresses) in the attic and an open loft with 2 single beds (80x200cm). The loft can be reached via a steep, narrow ladder. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms, a living room with sofa bed (extra bed for 2 pers., Each 80 x 200cm) and a kitchen / dining area. The kitchen is combined with the dining room and high quality - 1 GasWokBrenner, 1 induction hob, oven and fridge freezer. It gives you a lounge for culinary experiences or invites you to game evenings. The kitchen has a pantry and direct access to a year-round cool cellar. This makes it even more enjoyable to eat and enjoy in style. The large balcony door to the garden creates in the summer even more space and light to feel good. At night you spend the dream phases in the four-poster bed.

Good atmosphere, relaxing living, attractive rooms - The large, detached holiday home MERLE in Hohendorf offers accommodation and holiday feeling in two differently designed holiday units, on a 3000m² plot. Our claim is to give you a home for a few days in one of the most beautiful regions of Germany, where you can enjoy this time and you will not miss anything in terms of amenities. In the times of the great land reform around 1930, many farms were created to provide a new livelihood for new settlers from all parts of the republic. Many of these farmhouses "Dreiseiten Winkelhof" were built in the region and only a few of them have survived in Hohendorf. Between 2013 and 2019 our Neusiedlerhof MERLE was lovingly restored. The house has its own cellar, workshop and in the spacious garden, it is wonderful to sit, sunbathe, play and barbecue. Each holiday unit includes a separate seating area in the garden and a storage area in an outbuilding, where you can find seating and barbecue and park your bikes or bathing utensils. A washing machine and a dryer are located in the utility room on the ground floor of the former stable. A cot and a high chair are available for free. The comfortable and cozy house is located just 1km from the bay.

Thanks to its unique location in the protected landscape area of the German Boddenlandschaft between Rügen and Zingst / Darß, this holiday region offers a varied recreational and leisure activities. The immediate vicinity to the historic Baltic Sea town of Stralsund, which has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002 with its historic old town, is ideal for diverse cultural enjoyment such as architecture, landscape, but also theater, music and painting.
