Welcome to this charming ground-floor apartment, located on a quiet side street near the market in the historic center of the fortified town of Groenlo. From here, you will immediately experience the charm of the town, with canals, fortifications, terraces, restaurants, and a bakery within walking distance. A supermarket is also nearby. Free parking is available at De Wheme.

Every Friday, there is a lively market in the center.

The apartment is fully furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bright living room features a 65-inch smart TV, soundbar, and sofa bed. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, double air fryer with built-in pizza oven, raclette set, and both a standard and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double Emma bed, an extra box spring, a smart TV, access to the terrace, and an infrared massage mattress. The second bedroom has three single beds, a private bathroom, and no window.

The toilet is located in the hallway, where the washing machine and dryer are also situated.

Outside, you can enjoy a fully enclosed city garden with a terrace, barbecue, patio heater, mood lighting, and comfortable chairs with cushions. The garden offers plenty of privacy and is securely enclosed. Pets are welcome (maximum 5 dogs). Furthermore, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a robot vacuum cleaner, towels, made-up beds, toilet paper, kitchen roll, kitchen linens, and cleaning supplies are provided. Smoke detectors and bicycle storage are available.

The surrounding area is ideal for walking and cycling. Take a city walk through Groenlo or follow the castle route through the Achterhoek. Go boating through the canals, or visit the brewery, escape room, or the NMTO Museum. Relax by the swimming pool or recreational lake Het Hilgelo. In winter, Thermen Bussloo is highly recommended, and you can see the flamingos in Zwillbrock. Cities such as Zutphen, Winterswijk, and the German town of Bocholt are also nearby.
