The "Meeresbrise" holiday apartment features modern, eco-friendly technology. A private photovoltaic system on the roof supplies the house with green electricity, while an efficient heat pump ensures comfortable temperatures year-round. Guests with electric cars can conveniently use the EV charging station (for an extra fee).



Located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Grömitz-Brenkenhagen, the 55 m², two-story apartment includes a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating 4–5 guests. Amenities include fiber-optic Wi-Fi, smart TV with streaming services, washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. A baby cot and high chair are also available.



Enjoy a private outdoor space with an unfenced garden, south-facing terrace, and barbecue, perfect for relaxing in the sun from midday to evening. The peaceful countryside setting invites you to unwind all year round. The lively center of Grömitz and the beach are just a five-minute drive away. Public transport is within walking distance, and a bike path offers quick access to Grömitz and the surrounding area. Walks through nearby woods and meadows are also recommended.



Two parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. Up to two dogs are allowed (for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. Three bicycles are provided, and a garden shed is available for your own bikes. Towels and bed linen can be booked (for an extra fee).
