'we stayed at this property for 10 days and from start to finish they treated us like a royalty. The concierge were great and helped with everything. The housekeeper kept that property so clean it was insane and the restaurant was five star. We’ve stayed in PVR many times before and this was one of our best stays if not our best. We will definitely be staying here again and I can’t wait.'

'Overall the hotel complies with basic requirements according to the price you paid . You can find amazing and helpful staff but some of them quite grumpy and arrogant as the house keepers doing a lot of noise while you still sleeping . The Sauna staff aren’t friendly at all . My mom almost slip in the shower cause someone opened the door and took out the main key from the master module so all the electricity was off and the room dark .
