'The property is brand new and very well designed. We stayed in one of bigger tents with a small pool. 'The location and layout of the property are spectacular. The room we had, a family suite with private pool, was wonderful, and we never even used the large pool for the main property. 'The first room they put us in was not nice at all, it mainly overlooked the car park and the full height glazing did not give us any privacy. Everyone walking by, could see straight into our room and the private pool. We asked to be moved to another room, they moved us the following day. The new room was lovely but was also a few issues in the new room, the shower door needed repairing because it a loud noise every time it was opened/closed, the face mirror light did not work, the motorized...

'Staff was friendly and helpful. If you went to Mexico or Dominican for all inclusive before then this resort will be a bit different experience. Bar is closing at 11pm, from 11 to 12:30am bar is open but you have to pay for drinks. There is no place to get snacks after dinner is closed. Food variety at the buffet is not that good but overall is ok. I liked that you can always find sun bed on the beach or by the pool. Pool is warm and deep 2m. 'Positive: Room good bed and perfectly cleaned every day. Very friendly and helpful staff Negative: Cheap food, untasty chicken nuggets as dinner, cheap pasta without any souce etc. and food not looking attractive. Mostly cheap ready made food and targeted for Eastern European guests. Cups and trash around the pool only cleaned up once a day, so a mess everywhere at the end of the day.'
