In the heart of Greve in Chianti, it’s perfect for up to four people, with rooms spread over two floors connected by a handcrafted staircase. You’ll feel like you’re on holiday… yet feel right at home, thanks to all the amenities on offer – including a private garage!



The Space:

Set in a peaceful, family-friendly neighbourhood, this apartment is designed for four people looking to immerse themselves in the tranquillity and comfort of Greve in Chianti. Ideal for those travelling by car, as it offers free parking on the property, the apartment is spread over two floors (and therefore features a wooden staircase) and boasts a terrace, garden and an internal courtyard. On the ground floor, the rooms are divided into a living area with a kitchenette, dining table and relaxation area, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Upstairs, there is another relaxation area with a desk, bookcase, sofa bed and bathroom. The garden is accessed from the ground floor, and the terrace from the first floor. The washing machine is located in the cellar, situated in the basement near the covered parking space in the garage. The flat has been recently renovated, but the furnishings and, above all, the wooden features have been entirely handcrafted.

Here at Charming Apartments, we’re always on hand to offer you all the support and assistance you need, although you’ll be able to access the apartment entirely independently thanks to our self-check-in service, which allows you to upload your ID documents and sign the contract online via our platform quickly and easily.



Other Things to Note:

The apartment is on multiple floors ,therefore there are some stairs.







During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment. Those data, once registered online, are encrypted and will be transmitted to the official system of the Italian State Police, as required by the current law.
