With a 360 degree view of the renowned Tuscan landscapes, amongst olive trees and vineyards, Villa Dolce Chianti is the ideal solution for hosting a large family or a group seeking a stay of relaxation and luxury.



The Space

Villa Dolce Chianti, located 800 meters from the nearby village of Panzano, is located in a private valley with terraces and gardens that are also part of the entire property. This wonderful Villa once served as a place for the producing and storing the company’s wine and was subsequently restored and furnished with a contemporary style and antique details. The villa welcomes guests to immerse themselves in its sumptuousness and enjoys a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills where it’s possible to walk amongst the private vines and olive groves, relax in the garden and in the panoramic swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests. The property has an internal surface area of 400 m2, in an estate of approximately 18 hectares and extends over two floors.

Lower Floor

The lower floor can be reached by internal stairs and has direct access to the pool area and outdoor terrace. The room offers a large lounge with fireplace, sofas, armchairs and pool table as well as a cinema room with sofa and large-screen smart TV.

On the same level, adjacent to the living room, there is a large open space kitchen with dining area and dining table for 14 guests. The internal kitchen is fully equipped and has a 5-burner gas hob, double oven, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, wine cellar, coffee machine, dishwasher and all cooking accessories. The laundry area also features a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. On the same floor, the sleeping area is completed with:

The exteriors enjoy a breathtaking view of the Chianti hills and it is possible to relax in the solarium area, with a private outdoor swimming pool of 18 x 6 m located in a secluded area of the garden, outdoor kitchen equipped with barbecue for outdoor dining, terrace complete with dining area.

• From the Villa it’s possible to enjoy panoramic views of the Tuscan hills, immersing guests in the beauty of that surroundings

• It’s possible to organize events upon request and subject to authorisation from the property

• The Villa is also fully equipped with centralized air conditioning and heating, inside the property it’s possible to use the Wi-Fi throughout for free.

Guest Access

During your stay you will have access to the entire villa. Villa Dolce Chianti is located within an 18-hectare estate part of the complex of 3 villas each with a swimming pool and independent services. For large groups, up to 37 people, it is possible to rent the entire estate and stay together in the three units. All the villas, if rented independently, enjoy total privacy thanks to the hedges that separate the external spaces between one property and another. Villa Dolce Chianti can be reached via a private path.

• Tourist tax - €2 per day, per person, for the first 7 nights

• A security deposit is required at the time of booking - €2,000 (to be paid by bank transfer before arrival or by credit card; other payment methods can be considered on request)

Damages and Additional Expenses

You will be responsible for any damages to the rented property caused during your stay.



Swimming Pool

The Swimming Pool is available for use from 1st April - 31st October.



Spa

The Spa facilities are always open and available to use.



Internet

Internet is free, Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.



Waste

Separate waste collection is required. There is a bin for plastic, one for paper, one for mixed waste (e.g., batteries, diapers, female hygiene products, aluminum), and one for food. Every day, the housekeeper will clean the house and take out the trash.



Daily Cleaning Service

Every day the maid is available to guests for 6 hours to clean the rooms and living room.

Private parking is available on site.
