« This is not going to be a favorable review, and this is the only time I have left a negative review of a hotel. But this hotel stay was awful. The room we ended up with was not the same as the pictures presented at the time of reservation. There was not a "bar area" in the kitchen, nor did we have the counter space in the bathroom shown in the pictures. « The staff was awesome and very friendly. The woman who checked us in and the night shift dude, he was cool. I can't remember his name, dang it, because he was awesome and he just seemed so happy to be at work. What bothered me was that the A/C did not work well and was hard to figure out how to use. « Pay to park, didn't see that anywhere until I l99k at my bank account. They changed me2 times, called them and then was told they only charged me once. Received credit for one. A week later I've been charged again for the same thing and yet was told very rudely by the person on the phone they only charged me once and was credited.
