Viv's Place is a delightful refurbished two-bedroom fisherman's cottage which has been modernised but retains much of its charm.

Throw your rod of one of the many pontoons along the water way for your catch of the day or get your fish'n'chips from one of the two award winning cafes nearby.

Relax, revitalize and leave all your stress behind you and enjoy the peaceful and friendly lifestyle of Greenwell Point. It is the perfect location if you want to stay somewhere serene but also want to spend your day exploring/fishing the south coast.

* This house is pet friendly, however, you will still need to advise what type of pet you are planning on bringing and this needs to be approved by management. A pet surcharge fee of $100 applies and this fee is payable via our guest portal after booking.

2540 Beach Holiday Rentals is proud to offer our guests the option to bring their pet to our pet friendly listings. In providing this service, we need to ensure that our pet friendly properties are maintained to a standard suitable for ALL guests.

If you are bringing your pet, a mandatory additional cleaning fee of $100 will be payable after you book through our guest portal (you will receive details for this once you have confirmed your booking).

We reserve the right to cancel your pet request (and offer a booking cancellation) should we deem your pet unsuitable to stay at a short-term listing. We also reserve the right to charge extra (up to an additional $100) for shedding pets to cover the cost of steam cleaning. Should you state your pet to be non-shedding and our cleaners report pet hair and we need to book steam cleaning, we reserve the right to use your security deposit to cover the additional costs of steam cleaning. Even though the property is listed as pet friendly, we expect you ensure you treat our property with respect for the owners and other guests, and pets are kept off furniture and bedding and are cleaned up after.
