Things to Know:
*This home's boat dock is available from guest use from early June through mid-September. If you are planning a trip in early Spring or late fall, please inquire about the availability

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Dock details: The Dock is usually put into the water in the late weeks of May and removed Early/Mid September. Please reach out to our team during the months of May and September if inquiring about this amenity availability.
The water depth at the end of the dock is average - about 8 feet in July and August. It's higher in the spring, but we have not seen it less than 7 feet in the summer. It definitely gets quite a bit lower late September / early October. The rock piles are marked out pretty well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
