'Aanrader. Airtrailers op dak ( 4 de verdieping) is leuk en speciaal en tof om uit te rusten en te genieten van een drankje en een hapje. Wel gaat de lift slechts tot 3de en dan de trap te nemen. Aangezien Long street ook een uitgangsstraat is , hoor je wel wat nachtlawaai maar dat valt goed mee. Supervriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt is inbegrepen. Op 20 min wandelen van Waterfront en curio markt en shopping in de nabije omgeving.'

'Our stay was one to remember. All the staff are very attentive and happy to assist with everything. Starting the moment you make a reservation, until after you've left. The hotel is luxury in the name, but it truly was. Every detail of the hotel is executed in the best way possible, from the bedlinen to the Le Creuset coffee cups. The Diptique Shop was always a pleasure to walk through. Breakfast was a-la-carte. Not to much, just perfect. But the staff truly made all the difference. Thank you...

'Amazing, high tech rooms, lots of shared space for co-working, and the friendliest staff. Great for long term stays as they have kitchen, lots of closet space, etc. Only complaint is that they advertise laundry services but the dryer is broken and after 1 hour of drying, your clothes are still wet. This left me in a bit of a pinch as I had to dry them with the hair dryer before my flight that evening. A couple other visitors also said the same thing about the dryer and we were not filling it...

'The location, just at the best neighbourhood of the city: Waterkant. For people that do not know Cape Town, CBD / City Center is just not a nice area to stay at. Waterkant, just next to CBD / City Center has lots of nice shops, restaurants, is very safe. The hotel has stunning views on mainly Lion's Head and Signal Hill, has a great design, and has been well maintained throughout the last 3 years, hardly signs of wear and tear. 'I stayed down the street for a bit during this trip. I was eager for a clean, comfortable room to end my stay. I needed a good night's rest before I took my flight home to the US. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast and dinner options were wonderful and the bed was super comfortable. My room was very clean with a great shower and a wonderful climate control system. I also enjoyed the wine options at the bar. The porters and desk staff were so helpful!'
