'Everything you need and so much better than a hotel room. The studio is so charming and well appointed. It’s a large comfortable space so you definitely don’t feel cramped. Communication with the property owners was top tier. They knew we’d be arriving late and made sure to leave lights on for us. It was easy to find and in a nice safe area. The bed was comfy, kitchenette has all the necessities, including coffee, tea, bottled water and even a variety of small treats for us as well as our dogs....

'This was the cutest place to get away for spring break. Everything needed was provided, even when it got cooler at night the heaters were so helpful. The bathroom was great and the shower was so spacious. Loved that this place was secluded but not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Will definitely be returning! Also the directions to find the place are so helpful so definitely follow them!'

'This is an absolute gem. We loved being right downtown. We came for the Nascar Race in Bristol, which was only a 30 minute drive from this location. This property is super clean and very well appointed. Highly recommend.'

'If I had to think of a negative. The bathroom door flies open when someone walks up the stairs of walks next to it...maybe not square of just doesn't latch even when locked. Also, it would be nice to have the light in the bathroom and the fan on different switches because the fan is really loud and it made you not want to use the light at night to not disturb others. Also, the gravel road down was hard to travel...cars spun leaving trying to climb. No gas for the grill. WIFI was spotty sometimes...
