'Pure bliss…'
Very stylish tasteful hotel, where i absolutely felt at home and also the friendly staff did their utmost best to give us an unforgettable holiday. The breakfast is very lavish: from coffee any style to assorted breads, fruits, salads, crêpes, they even serve Bloody Mary's… The icing on the cake is the stunning infinity pool with a beautiful seaview where once you touch down never will feel the urge to even bother to go the (nearby) beach, where of course the staff will transport you in a complimentary shuttle or, for the bigger spenders amongst you, a crème white Rolls Roys convertible, a jeep or a Range Rover Vogue… Hell, they even have their own helipad, which is very oft used by people flying in from other islands. There are now 4 hotels on this hill-slope under the same management: the Imperial en Royal (which are a bit outdated) and the Villa collection and Utopia. If there is a doubt which one you should go to, definitely stay at Villas or Utopia…

This hotel impresses with its breathtaking room and terrace views, setting a serene ambiance. High standards of cleanliness and a comfortable bed ensured a relaxing stay. However, dated designs and uncomfortably hot black fabric chaise lounges hint at the need for an update. Access to the private beach was challenging, further marred by poor service and cleanliness. Uncomfortable seating and ripped cushions detracted from the experience. Despite the high cost, beachside food was disappointingly served in paper boxes and plastic cups, marking a low point in my two-week Greece vacation. While the views are commendable, enhancements in beach amenities and service are necessary for a comprehensive luxury experience.

Place is amazing! Great property, trained and knowledgeable staff, attention to detail, they have everything and more you might need during your stay. Easily a 5 star hotel-resort. Concierge team member Christina Nierri was amazing, warm and welcoming, she even gave us a tour of the hotel, making the whole experience even more inviting. Every team member we encountered were always ready to help. Definitely coming back, best option in Mykonos

En mi opinion es un hotel de 3-4* y en ningun caso un 5 *.En el primer lugar el personal no esta a la altura por el trato y tampoco por la limpieza.Cuando llegamos nos recibieron con la habitacion sucia y emperazon a limpiar cuando ya estabamos dentro.No es un hotel seguro me dañaron el coche en el parking frente a la entrada y luego el manager me llamo y me acuso a mi .No lo asumieron,un dia mas tarde intentaron robar la gasolina del deposito .Me parecio increible pasar por eso estando alojado supuestamente en un 5*.En la recepcion pregunte que profundidad tiene la piscina de mi habitacion porque nose nadar y me contestaron de mala manera que ellos no tienen idea de esas cosas.Lo unico bueno fue la comida que era muy cara pero muy rica.Y la vista pero de noche.Esper

Beautiful property with incredible pool. Had stayed at several Myconian properties prior and while this may have been the nicest property the staff as a whole were the least friendly here. We had been at Kyma and Utopia prior and this staff did not compare.

First time to Mykonos and to this hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always approachable. The hotel reception and our room with its stunning views of the sea were clean and the décor, amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our private hot tub!. Food and service at the Nouveau Restaurant, exquisite! The evening entertainment, first class. Poolside, loungers, bar and service, awesome! The free shuttle service to private the beach and into Mykonos Town, highly efficient. The boutique is well stocked and other facilities, excellent.

Wonderful property!! The staff were exceptional. The room was stunning. The pool and beach area beyond lovely. The town is a bit far, but shuttles are available (which is great!). We wish more shuffle times were available during the daytime and that the pools were not so cold. We had a private pool on our balcony, but it was too cold to enjoy. The main pool was quite cold too. Highly recommend this stunning hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and the food was excellent. Service was outstanding and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. You could not ask for more. I think that this was one of the best trips ever! Christos, Sakis, Grammatiki, Yiannis and Vasiliki were all incredible and they made us feel at home! Wow! Highly recommended.

My favorite stay while visiting Greece. I received complete 5 star service from the time of my arrival to departure. The room was immaculate with great views pf the ocean. The restaurant was amazing and I really enjoyed the Infiniti pool. I was surprised with a birthday cake during breakfast time. The restaurant staff really made my time there pleasurable while I was there for a solo trip to celebrate my 40th. The shuttle bus into town made getting around easy. The shuttle itself was also clean and amazing with leather seats. I highly recommend staying here. Two days were two short.

Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel mit fantastischen Blick auf die Bucht. Bei der Anreise mit eigenem Auto etwas schwer zu finden. Der zum Zimmer gehörige Pool war etwas klein, eher ein Tauchbecken. Schade ist, dass Abendessen nur im Sternerestaurant angeboten wird, was einen dazu zwingt auch Auswärts zu essen.

Great stay
We had a great stay at the Myconian Villa Collection. The views were fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts that I've had and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. We received an upgrade and were so appreciative of this as well. The shuttle to Mykonos Town is also helpful as the hotel is so far and cabs are hard to get/expensive. Things that could be improved: the gym was really extremely small and the weights seemed a bit dated/rusty. I think only 2-3 guests could use it at a time due to the size, so this should be booked in advance. Various aspects of the service left a little to be desired (for example, if asking for something the staff seemed to point responsibility to others that the guest needed to seek out rather than facilitating the ask). It's a small complaint, but I'd just expect in a 5 star hotel that the service be a bit more accomodating.
