very good&cheap hotel in the heart of the city
Everything was OK, simple but inexpensive hotel in the heart of the city! Refurbished just few months ago it seems to me. And very clean! Only point to be improved: put a divider between the shower and the rest of the bathroom in the shared bathrooms.

I have already marked what I thought was good. However there were also bad things. The worst was that the pressure in the hot water in the shower was almost none. I could not take a normal shower because there came very little hot water. Another thing that irritated me was that I was not allowed to extend my stay six or seven hours the last day, of course against payment. That has been pos- sible to do at several other hotels I have stayed at.

Excellent hotel. Clean and very central, only few minutes walk to main area. Staff and reception were excellent. Always happy to help and friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again. Overall 10/10.

We arrived late at night and the warm, friendly and efficient check-in was much appreciated. The room was excellent in every way. The location was great. Highly recommend.

This family owned hotel is incredibly hospitable and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, highly recommend this hotel when in Heraklion!

We had a quick night in Heraklion before catching the ferry to Santorini. The Mirabello was a convenient and affordable place to stay the night. Loved the bustling little restaurant right across the street. A short walk to the shopping area and a little bit further to the marina and fort. Just a 5 minute, 5 euro cab ride to the port in the morning that our hotel kindly arranged for us.

Pretty central location but at the time of writing, there was a building right next door that had been recently been closed off, and guarded 24/7 by multiple police officers. When asked by the front desk, they stated that there used to be « anarchists » in the building. They will probably tear down that building soon but We did initially feel unsafe the only night we were there. Staff was nice, they accommodated by moving us from the first to third floor. Room was tiny but clean.

The water pressure is a little weak but other than that this was a really nice stopover in town on my way on and off the island. The staff are very kind and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and I really liked being able to sit on the roof terrace and drink my coffee with a view of the sea in the morning.

Completely underrated hotel. Spotlessly clean rooms, perfect location to city centre. Staff were amazingly helpful when we couldn’t find parking. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel.

The staffs are friendly & helpful, and the hotel is situated in a quieter area in the city centre but close to everything, offering good accessibility to other places. The slightly down side is the toilet/shower which is a bit inconvenient to use because the floor gets wet easily after showering.

Le ménage est fait régulièrement, très propre, la porte est toujours ouverte donc on peut rentrer sans restriction d'heures. Beaucoup d'offres de très bon restaurants, centre ville accessible en 5/10 minutes, personnel très aimable très bon hôtel , le frigo et la bouilloire permettant de petit déjeuner très tôt pour les excursions .

Une adresse sympa au centre d’Heraklion
J’y avais passé quelques nuits l’année dernière et j’y suis revenue avec plaisir. Propre, confortable et bien situé en plein centre-ville. De plus, le prix est resté le même que l’année précédente ! Un seul regret, on n’y sert pas le petit-déjeuner.
