Alles was zoals we het verwacht hadden het eten was uitstekend vooral de dessertbufeten . De kamers waren wel wat verouderd. Zeker een aanrader.

Good all inclusive hotel!
The service is amazing. The quality of food is really good if you think about an all inclusive/buffet hotel. There is always enough, different and with great taste. Everybody is friendly, especially our friends in the poolbar the Gondola: Michail, Georgia, Ioannis, and Manthos. Together with their manager, Kyzalas. They were always with a smile on their face! For the restaurant everybody was making you feel welcome, and we were always welcomed by Nikos! In the night thanks to the friendly service of Maria and Alkis we have a wonderful time at the shows in the night. The hotel itself is pretty good. It is quite big so there is always a nice spot/place you can be and enjoy the time there. The beach is close by and you can walk or take a golf car (which they will happily bring you there and back). We were only once at the beach because the bar there is not part of the all-inclusive. The room was good but it would be a good idea to remodel the bathroom and check the air condition that sometimes made weird noises. Not a big complaint but that would be a great plus! Overall a great experience, if you are thinking of an all inclusive this is a great option!

Wonderful stay at La Marquise. I was at the hotel for a wedding and it was so well organused, the food was amazing, the setting absolutely beautiful. I was upgraded to a room with a private pool which was like being a very rich person for a few days 😆 There was easy access to the beach, bus stops right outside the hotel. Breakfast was really, really good as were the cocktails. The hotel was scrupulously clean and despite arriving after midnight the staff were attentive and extremely helpful. The arrival.snack was very much appreciated as well! All in all it was a wonderful experience.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, at one of the most expensive rooms offered, prive pool and all. We love Rhodes and stayed at many hotels there. In general, the overall service was mediocre, from the receptionists to the waiters. The hotel staff was not friendly in general (with a couple of exceptions), and it felt like they preferred to be somewhere else..

A nice hotel but don’t think it’s 5 star unfortunately. The staff were fine but not particularly welcoming or friendly (despite a couple of guys at the gondola bar). Some of the food was really poor quality or cheap alternatives (powdered eggs??!) and the system for booking into restaurants (including buffet) seemed unnecessarily complicated and pointless. The pools looked lovely by design but once in them the grouting on all the tiling was very dirty. There was also a pool attendant(?) around who’s role seemed to be telling people off for seemingly insignificant things. Drinks served in horrible paper cups to take away (alchoholic). Mini bars in room but no drinks (not even water) supplied so had to purchase this at on site shop. Had a mix up with our room which basically took almost a day to sort and when you are only there for a week that’s quite a large chunk of time we were hanging around. Beach area was old and tired and no longer all inclusive as it was “open to the public”despite everyone being there having to arrive through hotel underground tunnel and everyone had our hotel towels, just felt like a money grab for absolutely no reason. Feels harsh to write this but I think for the 5 star and price tags that are supposed to come with this hotel, it’s not up to standard. We’ve been fortunate to stay in other really lovely places that had more substance than here. Perfectly fine 3 or 4 star hotel but not 5 star and not worth what we paid unfortunately.

Huoneen ilmastointi oli rikki, suihkupään pidike oli rikki, jonka takia vedet lensi ympäriinsä, wc pöntön huuhtelupainike jäi jumiin monta kertaa. Huoneen siisteys oli keskinkertainen. Palvelualttiutta ei ollut lukuunottamatta kuljettajia (hotellialue iso ja he veivät huoneeseen, sekä yksityisrannalle.) Kaiken kaikkiaan pettymys koko paikka. Odotimme viiden tähden resortilta enemmän. Alue on hieno uima-altaineen ja aktiviteetteja löytyy, mutta muuta hyvää sanottavaa ei ole.

Le personnel de restauration sont super professionnel et très agréable, les animateurs sont trés sympa et très à l écoute , surtout Johnny et Pablo . Hôtel très propre , la restauration très bonne et variée. Par contre les piscines sont des pataugeoires : 1 mètre 05 dans la piscine principale, une autre a 1 mètre 10 , une autre piscine au spa a 1.50/1.60 mais aucun paysage, enfermé dans une coure intérieur, pas top pour un hôtel 5 Etoiles, assez decevant !! La belle photo de la belle plage de sable sur le site , pas vrai ,juste 50m de sable puis galets et gros rochers glissants dans l'eau. équipez vous de chaussures pour aller nager. pas top, l hôtel est assez éloigné des villes animées , prendre un bus pour y aller sinon voiture de location. Beaucoup d'enfants, pas trop tranquille, ni calme. Durant notre sejour , nous avons eu des odeurs d'égouts , de gasoil en journée au bord de la piscine!! pour un 5 etoiles , c'est moyen .

Staff was really nice especially with the kids (except 2-3 specific people), swimming pool in the lagon is big and there was always room left in and around the pool. The kids pool is really nice for babies. We found the restaurants / food really good for an all inclusive hotel (a lot of choice, tasty). Our room was located on the 1st floor of the main building (the oldest one it seems), right above the kitchens of the main restaurant. It was really noisy, we were waking up around 6:30 AM every day because of the noise in the restaurant, we were able to hear music from the kitchens in our bathroom through the ventilation. Bathroom was a bit old / poorly renovated for a 5-star hotel. With that said, we had a great time at the hotel La Marquise, our kids loved it.

C est un hôtel 5 étoile de vacance . Donc un 5 étoile niveau 4 surtout pour son hospitalité . L accueil est très médiocre , pas un Pt sourire n y explication n y Pt mot gentille . Comme par exemple , bonne journée ,comment se passe votre séjour, bonjour tout simplement . C est pas si grave ,mais en vacance c est sympa . La chambre est grande ce qui est un avantage. Par contre niveau nettoyage c est très bof pour un 5 étoile . Si vous loger dans l immeuble principal vous n avez presque aucun transat dispo pour vous coter piscine . Les transat sont prioritaire à ceux qui loge à coter de la piscine . La plage est très jolie , les piscine aussi sont très belle et agréable . Salle à manger il y a du choix c est pas extra mais y a de tout pour tout le monde , il y a du choix Rapport qualité prix c est correct . Mais je n y retournerai pas . Il est situer à 20 min de la ville nous Avons louer une voiture tous le séjour . Mais bien situer à coter des beaux hôtel . Nous avons loger 10 jours

Pas mauvais mais pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, le petit déjeuner est fourni mais pas incroyable. Chambre un peu vieilles, places à la piscine réservées pour les chambres uniquement en réa de chaussée donc faut se lever tôt.

Dear Mrs. Szpilman, we are always welcome criticism, if it is truthful, honest and respectful, as it is helping us see possible weakness and to improve our services. Although your rating and comment was only one very negative word, we can say that is far away from honest and respectful. And we will explain in detail what we mean: You arrived in our Hotel on the 4th of August & your reservation through EXPEDIA was for a Junior Suite with sea view for two adults and one child for the first night and one Family Suite for 5 persons from the second night till 12/08/22. Upon your arrival, our Front Office Manager noticed that you were in total 5 guests (two adults and 3 children) and not three, as you initially booked. She then informed you that the maximum occupancy of our Junior Suites with sea view are up to 3 guests and she very kindly requested you either to modify your reservation through EXPEDIA for this first night, or to proceed with a new booking for 1 night through our website and to change on the 5th of August to the booked room category of a family suite with sea view, which can accommodate up to 5 guests in total. Hearing this solution to your mistake (we want to believe is was one) you were very disrespectful towards her, shouting and coursing her, using very insulted French expressions which unfortunately for you she understood as she also speaks French and felt of course very offended. Hearing your coursing towards our employee, your brother in law who also booked a double Family Suite correctly, involved in the discussion to calm you down and proposed to accommodate the extra 2 children in his Suite for the night. Despite your unacceptable behavior, the Front office Manager went the extra mile in order to make you feel better by agreeing to sleep your children to your brother in law’s Suite without even charging you any additional cost for the accommodation of the extra persons. To conclude, we feel that our colleague’s attitude towards you was beyond the standard professional limits every employee can reach when he is offended, and your behavior was terrible. You will find the extra charges of the additional two children you forgot to add them in your first reservation and hope at least to enjoy your stay with us without any further insults towards our hard-working colleagues. Lovely facilities, safe and 5* customer service
We stayed in early May 2022 which was off season. All the staff were incredibly helpful. We were 4 friends staying in 2 suites. There were 2x double beds when we first arrived, instead of 4 singles, but one call and this was changed immediately. Nothing was too much for the staff. They booked taxis, gave beach and restaurant recommendations, etc. The hotel wasn't very busy, as I assume it could get in the peak of summer. Breakfast had a huge selection. There were multiple pools on offer, for families, adults and groups. As the beach/beach bar was across the road, there was a golf cart to take you there and back, even thought it was a short-ish walk. An example of them having thought the customer service component through. Would definitely stay there again. One small comment which could be improved was the lack of food service on the 3rd floor pool bar. Not a big deal, as you could eat your own food there. The grounds are v. impressive. We didn't get to see all the hotel and we were there for 4 days! Incredibly well kept grounds and grass was lush throughout (not the easiest in v. hot Greek islands) and impeccably clean.

Leider enttäuscht.
Wir sind mit der Familie zum ersten Mal in das Hotel. Leider liess die Freundlichkeit beim Empfang zu wünschen übrig. Kein richtiges Welcome Gefühl. Danach hatten wir ein Zimmer welches wir nicht gebucht haben/wollten. 3 Tage gaben wir verloren bis wir das Zimmer bekamen welches wir auch buchten. Auf der anderen Seite finde ich das Badezimmer passt überhaupt nicht zum Namen „Luxury Resort“. An vielen Ecken waren Spinnennester. Was gut war waren teilweise die Freundlichkeit der Servicemitarbeiter. Die sind sehr hilfsbereit. Und das Meer ist auch sehr schön. Sonst müssen wir sagen haben wir uns nicht so wohl gefühlt. Denn zuvor waren wir au Kos und in dem Hotel da waren wir zum zweiten Mal und es war fabelhaft.

It is true that during the last week, Greece has faced a historical heat wave which caused numerous malfunctions at the power station of the island of Rhodes, and this had as consequence a difficulty for the network to stabilize the voltage, with consequences on our air conditioning system. Finally the island had to face a fire of an unprecedented magnitude, imposing a general cut of electricity on the whole island for many hours with damage to the network. Efforts have been made by everyone without exception to bring this unprecedented situation back to normal. The room is nice and renovated, AC is top and close to the pool and bar ! The buffet was good and has a lot of choices for each meal. Some of the staff ( for instance the ladies speaking french at the pool lunch) are very friendly ! The pool is really cold (may be due to the non stop wind). Some of the staff are not helpfull, for instance it was impossible to order a cocktail pool dinner, they are not flexible. They are lacking communication, it was hard to change the asian for a pool dinner. Lastly, most of the drinks in the all inclusive are not good brands... and lots of things are not included. The hotel is hybrid all inclusiv and a la carte which can be struggling for all inclusive guests.

Wonderful relaxing stay
Excellent welcome, safety measures, and cleanliness as well as wonderful staff. We were so impressed with the management of dining and exquisite food at La Etoile restaurant (& manager Mr. Apostolakis and skilled chefs for a special lobster night), the care for our gluten-free food needs at all the dining facilities, the friendliness of servers, hotel staff and staff at gift shops, markets and beach facilities. The choice of pools gave the option of more family-friendly areas, adult only, or we enjoyed the pool on the 3rd floor of the main building which was not far from our suite with a balcony view. We felt comfortable and well cared for during our wonderful relaxing stay.

Die Reinigung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig 😤
Die ganze Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück mit dem bedienten Buffet ist eine gut gelöste Alternative in der Zeit von COVID. Was aber überhaupt nicht funktioniert, ist eine reibungslose Reinigung. Entweder ist das Personal dafür nie erschienen oder das Zimmer wurde innerhalb von zwei Minuten „gereinigt“. Auch eine Anerkennung und Zeichen von Dankbarkeit hat im Zimmer nichts bewirkt. Es ist nicht entspannend, wenn man jeder Tag wegen dem Problem wegen der fehlenden oder der mangelhaften Reinigung reklamieren muss.
Abfall wird nicht entsorgt. Bad nicht gereinigt.

Sehr schöner Hotelkomplex mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis, toller Pool, Strand weitläufig mit bequemen Liegen, Kiesstrand (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert), Mietauto zu empfehlen, Minuspunkt: Anlage Top gepflegt, sehr viele Angestellte im Hotel, großteils sehr freundlich!! Aber was ich nicht verstehen kann: wie kann es sein dass in der Wiese oder neben dem Weg, vor dem Zimmer in der Anlage Müll liegt der nicht (besser NIE) weggeräumt wird? (Plastikbecher, Kaffeebecher, kleine Kaffeesahne, abgeschnittener Barbiezopf etc.) ist nicht mega störend, aber es fällt einen auf, und ich dachte mir, wenn ich die Hotelmanagerin wäre, würde ich jeden Tag eine Runde durchs Hotel gehen und darauf achten ob alles passt, wenn meine Mitarbeiter nicht fähig dazu sind! Frühstück: Qualität der Speisen nicht sehr hochwertig, keine frisch gepressten Säfte etc., kein echtes Nutella (Frühstück entspricht in Ö höchstens einem 3 Sterne Hotel), aber ich weiss auch, dass wir von österreichischen Hotels sehr verwöhnt sind bezüglich Frühstück! aufgrund der vielen Leute im Hotel herrscht ein massiver Lärmpegel beim Frühstück! Lobster Night im Hotel: sehr gutes, hochwertiges Essen, zu empfehlen (hier wird deutlich dass sie auch anders könnten und es eine gute Qualität der Speisen gibt, wenn man dafür extra bezahlt) Fazit: sehr sehr schöne, grosse Anlage, sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, Frühstück -, (heuer in Korfu noch schlechteres Frühstück), tolles Wetter im Okt.
