Schitterend… Gelegen op een rots dus niet voor minder mobiele mensen al zijn er wel busjes voorzien voor de afstanden. De ligging zorgt voor een magisch zicht. Zeer lekker eten en erg vriendelijk personeel. Erg mooi en net hotel in Griekse stijl.

Zeer netjes, modern en schoon. Alle faciliteiten zijn aanwezig zonder dat het te groot of massaal voelt. Een groot complex, maar heel stijlvol ontworpen. Het is als een klein dorpje. Personeel was zeer behulpzaam en alles werd meteen geregeld. Kortom een top accommodatie!

Veel teveel trappen lopen naar je kamer ca 100 omdat de kamers op een heuvel liggen via de weg met ca 12 0/0 stijging ca 1 km busje lopen voor vervoer naar de verblijven en dan nog ca 40 traptreden niet geschikt voor oudere personen of moeilijk lopende mensen. Bij aankomst kamervloer zelf geveegd en foto gemaakt daarna steeds schoen restaurant panorama dicht dicht einde seizoen geen 5 sterren hotel als je dan bij all inclusief moet. veel dranken niet aangevuld en ontbijt ook minder. Echt jammer en tegenvaller personeel heel vriendelijk

Mooi hotel maar laat wel wat te wensen over
Het is een mooi hotel maar slechte ligging vlakbij het hotel is er niets te zien je hebt een auto of moto nodig om ergens te geraken maar motorfietsen zijn dan weer niet toegelaten op het domein. Er rijden shuttle-busjes maar die rijden dan weer pas elke 20 minuten dus..... wachten wachten wachten en vaak in de volle zon. Wij lagen op kamer 336 en om gaan te ontbijten moesten we 182 treden doen. We hebben heel vaak het gevoel gehad dat we in de steek gelaten werden met onze vragen....

Excellent and luxurious hotel with amazing facilities. All perfectly arranged, shuttle bus drives all day from room to beach or gate as the hotel is located on a hill with amazing sea view! The food is also amazing. Such a wide variety of food and excellent service. Thank you for the nice time and the great service team. Also many thanks to Noula and Olga, you both really spoiled us with your great service and kindness during breakfast and dinner!!!! :) I recommend this hotel to everyone! Great location if you want to have a relaxing holiday. The hotel crew thinks about everything, I even got a cake for my birthday during dinner time!!! The hotel met my expectations, but there is room for improvement. Firstly, the hotel is in a beautiful location between Falaraki and Kallithea. Breathtaking views from the room and around the hotel grounds and facilities. The hotel spans across three levels with lots of steps and pathways leading through woodlands to and from the reception which is beautiful but not good for those who have any mobility issues. There is an onsite shuttle bus that runs to and from reception as well as to the beach. This does however stop in the evening so you would have to walk back. There are good public transport links outside the hotel that takes you to rhodes town, falaraki, lindos etc. The rooms are very clean and spacious, however the bathrooms had a terrible drain/sewer smell. The bathroom everyday smelt of this and the shampoo container wasnt that of a luxury hotel, had cardboard hanging out of it and the quality was poor. The bbalcony pool on our room was a ggreat feature but the water was cold and full of leaves, branches from the trees. lt should be cleaned regularly during the stay. The hotel staff were absolutely great, very accommodating and welcoming. The bar staff make a great cocktail, and are very friendly. The food options are great at all times, late night options as well as room service. Enjoyed the stay apart from the poor quality shampoo/shower gel products. As well as the smell of the bathroom - if the bathrooms door was left open it would make the room smell like it.

Excellent hotel & lovely staff but my gluten-free diet wasn't catered for very well & there's a very limited choice of restaurants nearby - started with 3 and went down to 2 with the nearest town being a 12 Euros each way taxi journey. Also, the number of steps around the property was a bit challenging.

We loved the property and the sea view room with shared pool we booked. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The weather was amazing and we had a very relaxing week there. It was a shame that the shared pool wasn’t heated and was freezing cold! However, we did use the two main heated swimming pools instead but they were quite crowded.
