We stay 7 days with 2 rooms ses view the day we arrived we told that the hotel over booked and they give us 2 old smelly dirty rooms out side as cabins rooms after fighting with front desk a had to call expida for issues and expida did and finally they give us the 2 rooms we booked , the hotel clean the rooms every 2 days no clean sheets no towels for every 2 days , no water , beach chairs you have to pay every day , the buffet food limited and and same every days and the food is most cheap food ever , most local restaurants and shop told us not to stay because the owner he very cheap and the hotel have allot of issues.

Fantastic place for young couples
The hotel was amazing, our room was overbooked so we received a free upgrade, the staff were great and the only downside is that breakfast wasn't incredible, but it certainly is good enough!!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt. Wir buchten mit Meersicht und bekamen ein Zimmer ohne direkte Sicht, nur in der Nähe des Meeres. Minibar leer - nicht einmal eine Wasserflasche. Auch Utensilien wie Bodylotion und Necessaire nicht vorhanden. Dazu sehr weit abgelegen von der Stadt.

Das Hotel an sich und die Umgebung sind prima. Was uns einzig gestört hat, dass das Büffet stets überfüllt war und eher eine Kantinen Atmosphäre herrschte und daher nie eine Abendessen Stimmung, wie man sie erwarten würde, aufkam. Muss man mögen… Ach so und dass vorm Aufstehen alle Pool Liegen mit Handtüchern belegt waren, deren Besitzer teilweise den ganzen Tag nicht zu sehen waren, das gehört ja dazu…

Kun for barnefamilier som skal ha all inclusive
Ekstremt mye lyd hele dagen rundt bassenget, og fult kaos i resturantene ved frokost og slikt. Passer kun for all inklusive gjester, stress å betale for drikke og mat ellers og dette var av veldig lav kvalitet. Pluss for veldig flott strandområde, men ingen restauranter eller annet i området.

The property was in a perfect location, not too far from Kos town. Hotel was in excellent clean condition, rooms were clean and spacious, felt very safe staying here. The breakfast was amazing and tasted fresh every morning. The private beach was beautiful, clean and not too crowded. The staff were so friendly and Welcoming especially Maria at reception, so sweet and helped us book our excursions easily. Also, the restaurant manager (don’t know his name) and perglis i believe was the bartender at night who were also very friendly and kind. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel and Bike/ buggy rentals opposite from reception which were so easy to hire. Overall, we had a great stay and hope to come back in the future!

Outstanding customer service
We arrived very early in the morning, long before our check-in time. The Atlantis staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They made sure our wait is as pleasant as possible. Excellent service throughout our stay.

Great location on a calm beach.
A typical vacation resort with all inclusive for most of the guests. Fairly big rooms. Great access to the beach which is comparatively calmer than the ones 2 km south in Kos city. We had a small technical issue with the AC which was handle fantastically by the Guest relations Manager. Big bonus that they have a dedicated lockerroom with shower for all of us with a late departure. We could stay by the pool and beach and still freshen up before departure.

I did not like this hotel because if you did not buy the all inclusive package you have hard time finding a restaurant on the resort to eat, they make you pay 15 Euros to eat the the buffet, no other options. They also charge you money to get a chair on the beach!! I did regret picking up this hotel

Repas tous les jours quasi identique. Serveuse agréable sauf le responsable TEO ingrat et arrogant. Les chambres ne sont pas fait tout les jours. Hôtel classe pour les années 2000 mais pas remis au goût du jour. Je n’y retournerai plus.

Very nice standard hotel with great amenities, basic food however nice location. Possible to rent a bike across the hotel and its recommended as easy to move around . TV had only 11 programs, nothing in english thru

fin utsikt men det är allt dom har.
Hemsk all inclusive. Smaklös mat och flottig. Alla ingredienser som köps in är dom billigast möjliga för maximal vinst. Så gäller även all all-inclusive dryck , blaskig folköl , läsk som smakade konstgjort. (Inte läsk från kända märken) kaffet var okej. Utsikten är fin men förstörs av disco / lekar / vatten gympa / pool musik från 10 till 04.00. Jag fick minimalt med sömn på detta hotell som även hade lampor i rummet som inte gick att stänga av. Promenaden till stan tar 20min och är en tråkig väg. Jag skulle inte välja detta hotell igen.
Fin utsikt nära stranden men där tar det positiva slut.
Vin på kran som smakar där efter.
Säkert och bra. Lyser upp hela rummet med röd led.

Hotellet passer ikke for de som ikke har all inclusive- slik som oss. Kun buffet - ingen småretter - og lite tavernaer i området. Det var helt vilt ved bassenget - festmusikk på fullt hele dagen, ouzo konkurranser - voksne som drakk, lekte med ball, røykte midt mellom små barn. Var som en lekeplass for voksne. Passet godt på 5 åringen - fikk flere baller i hodet - der det var voksne som lekte. En voksen gikk med et ølglass i hånden over 5 åringen som dykket. Minidisco kl 2030 og ansiktsmaling var aktivitetene for barn. Ellers delte de ut ouzo og alkohol til vinnerens av for eksempel beach volleyball. Vi fikk rom ved en uteplass som både hadde livemusikk ute og dj til kl 5 om morgenen. Fikk byttet rom - til et dårligere enn vi hadde betalt for. Kakerlakker møtte oss der. Null kompensasjon fra hotellet- som var som et samlebånd. På kveldene var det show og cabaret fra 2130-23. Musikken var så høy at barne - og voksne holdt seg for ørene.

Resort molto bello, fin sopra le nostre aspettative.. posizionato sul mare è molto comodo anche per raggiungere il centro città che dista solo 10 minuti in bici dal resort o mezz’ora a piedi. Personale gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e molto disponibile. Pulizia ottima, l esterno viene sempre pulito in modo ottimale sia la mattina che la sera, mente durante la giornata che tutto lo staff che sta attenzione alla pulizia dei particolari. Piscine pulite. Mare non il massimo, sulla riva sempre pieno di alghe. Il cibo non è stato di nostro gradimento, cucina troppo pesante e poco digeribile, alle volte anche crudo ( carne cruda, brioche crude, bevande troppo annacquate, pasta scotta, polpette pesantissime) Animazione top, simpaticissimi e ragazzi sempre sorridenti e pronti ad intrattenere gli ospiti.

Bråkete og høylydt. All inklusive på sitt mest Harry, med folk som slenger søppel overalt, billige løsninger og mye støy! Appelsinjuicen er f.eks bare en saft. Personale drar med seg gjestene på felles danser og for de som liker slikt, er dette kanskje midt i blinken!

Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt gut. Das Frühstück war super lecker, für jeden etwas dabei. Mein Zimmer war sehr groß und hätte einem Balkon jedoch ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Strand ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt (Sonnenliege gegen Gebühr) und am Pool gibt es ausreichend kostenlose Sonnenliegen.

Large complex, multiple pool areas allowing for a large area for sun loungers although like most hotels, these get snapped up at dawn by the early risers. Staff are very helpful. Restaurant is ok, huge variety of food available but average standard. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel directly opens up onto the beach and here sun loungers are available for hire. There are multiple areas in the hotel to relax with a drink both inside and outside. Entertainment every night which is average standard.
