Regarding the aspects of your stay you weren't happy about, we would like to note the following: the existence of the power station is a well known fact, mentioned everywhere online and the Tour Operators, so that our guests know about beforehand. We understand that sometimes there is a smell, but there is no polution. You may have noticed that just across the street there is a certified wetland hosting ducks. Our beach is awarded for a 7th consecutive year with blue flag, an award given to beaches after measurements and water samples analysis. As far as the pool is concerned, we clean it every day and we have never encountered a problem even when the hotel is fully booked, which was the case during your stay.We fully comprehend that the factors you mention affected your overall experience, but we find your rating somehow unfair, since you enjoyed the food, the room and the staff's behaviour.Thank you again for sharing your thoughts and for your valuable comments.With kind regardsNikos KoukosReservations Mgr
