Chalets in Great Plains

'Was very clean'

'The location was a perfect stay for us. We wanted to do activities during the day and rest at night and it’s close enough to Colorado Springs that we could easily drive there in 30 minutes. Palmer Lake and Monument are also adorable. We had twin deer babies that would play in the yard every morning, one morning a giant cinnamon bear even made an appearance! You have a great view of the mountains and pikes peak, as well as elephant rock. Hot tub was clean, house was immaculate, beds were firm but...

'Wonderful pet friendly little chateau! Beautiful inside and out. Close to all things necessary and also the fun stuff too! Communication with owners was top notch. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had!'

'We had an amazing time staying here. The house was clean, fully stocked with everything we (family of 9) needed. The property is well maintained, gorgeous views (saw wildlife right outside the balcony). Close vicinity to restaurants, grocery stores and gas stations. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We went to Cave of the winds mountain park, Rafting on the Arkansas river, Hiking and to the top of Pikes Peak all attractions within driving distance. Andrew was an outstanding host, answering any...

'Fabulous place with a stunning view of the mountains and a creek in the backyard! Haydee was delightful and fun to chat with while she was gardening around the beautiful property. The accommodations were extremely well-maintained and furnished with thoughtful attention to every detail. Highly recommend!'

'As soon as we arrived we saw that The kitchen sink was clogged with bad smell. We could not use the kitchen for dinner that night and had to struggle finding outside food with children traveling. Although the host arranged for the fix after 5 hrs , it was not a good experience we had. Even with Vrbo engaged in, the Host denied any compensation for the inconvenience caused.Rest all of the stay is good.Hope the host avoids these situations going forward.'

'Hot tub and inside areas were very clean. Took some time to get used to the loft stairs since they were a bit steep, but sturdy. Felt secluded without being too far out of the way. Great views of the forest.'

'We wanted to stay forever and weren't ready to leave after 5 days. It was clean, and it is so high up in the treetops that the morning sunrise and birding wildlife are next-level spectacular to enjoy (hummingbirds, stellars jays, deer). We stayed in the middle of July which was not an issue for the A/C unit in the bedroom upstairs. There is a vent from the bedroom that pumps air down to the second floor. The temps are easy to manage with the cool of the morning, and the A-frame was precisely...
