'Where to start? The game drives were outstanding as was the food. Our guide/tracker was very knowledgable and did an effort to find as much wildlife as he could. But at the same time, he ensured that we were all ok and loved to crack a joke every now and then. It made our game drives very special. The rooms were large with a view over the river. 'To start of with and most important: the staff is simply amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and Angel and Aldine made us feel right at home. They catered to our every need and are simply such lovely people that talking to then brings a smile to your face. 'IF you want to see animals this is your place. The ride from the Safari Lodge along the Sabi river takes about an hour in each direction and you'll see more animals then you've ever seen in your life! Truly. Majestic. Awesome trip. You don't need more than a couple or few days unless you want a safari experience and stay in expensive tents etc. This place is perfect for the casual traveler who wants to see animals animals and more animals.
