This is my second year staying at Best Western. Both years I had made reservations for a room with a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was absolutely wonderful, the shower was amazing, and the room was nice and clean. The only issue I had, was one I have had both years. My issue is the mattress, absolutely horrible mattress. I felt like I was sleeping in a hammock than a mattress. I could literaly feel the box spring below me. At first, I thought it was just the specific room, but the second year I came up, I was given a different room with a jacuzzi and the same issue was there. Please take into consideration, I am not an intitled, rich, spoiled individual that is nitpicky. Getting a room like this is a yearly treat for me because I can only afford it once a year. So, when I say that the mattress was horrible in both rooms, both years, I am not exaggerating in the slightest, the mattresses are horrible, at least in the two luxury rooms that I experienced. I have slept on better mattresses at a motel 6. With that said, the amenities and experience at the hotel was amazing, staff was amazing, turnover service was amazing. I understand that mattresses are expensive, I understand that you have a lot of rooms and replacing mattresses when needed is a monumental expense, but you are a hotel, and even though no one expects to sleep on a thousand dollar mattress, at the very least, people expect to sleep on a mattress that isn't so broken down that you are sleeping in a hammock
