This beautiful, ~50m² apartment—newly renovated in June 2025—is the perfect base for a stay in Graz. Located right in the heart of the city, you can reach both the main square and the trendy Lendplatz in a 5-minute walk. The apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stops are just a 2-minute walk away, and you can reach the main train station in 10 minutes. Right in the heart of the city, yet the apartment is in a quiet location, making it ideal for living and/or working. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (pull-out sofa) and is located in the attic. It features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a living and sleeping area. The stairs inside the apartment lead to the upper floor, where you’ll find a comfortable desk and a small reading nook. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead. You can reach the apartment via an elevator. I’m happy to provide my guests with tips via Airbnb to help them have a wonderful stay in my beautiful hometown. This apartment is located in the heart of Graz’s young and hip Lend district, just a few minutes’ walk from the Mur River. Many small boutiques and bars, as well as museums and art studios, are located nearby. Just as close is Lendplatz, home to the farmers’ market for early risers and market stalls for night owls. Right next to the accommodation, you’ll find the Orpheumgarage, where you can park. Parking is not included in the price. The pedestrian zone, which surrounds the entire Graz Old Town, begins about 200 meters from the accommodation. The city of Graz charges a €2.50 overnight stay and tourism tax per person per night. This is not included in the price and must be paid in cash on site. If you need a parking spot, there’s an affordable parking garage nearby (a 5-minute walk). Alternatively, you can park your car right at the accommodation, though this garage is slightly more expensive.
