I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised a newly renovated pool, as swimming was the main reason for our stay with kids. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. This information was not disclosed prior to check-in, which was extremely disappointing and felt misleading, as the pool was the primary amenity we were looking forward to.
Beyond that, the condition of the room was unacceptable. The beds are extremely saggy and clearly well past their usable life. The floors are uneven and pose a noticeable tripping hazard. Paint is peeling on the walls, and the adjoining room doors do not feel secure, which was concerning.
Overall, the hotel is in poor condition and did not deliver on the amenities that influenced our booking. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again—especially for families.
