From this area, direct access leads out to the covered terrace, extending the living space outdoors. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space.

The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from a private shower, offering added comfort and convenience. The second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and also enjoys direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it well suited for children or additional guests.
