We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Gravières, this charming house with a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m², an open equipped kitchen, three nice bedrooms, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 1 000 m². Wifi, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 50 m² with TV, a sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee maker...
- Bedroom 1 : a king-size bed (180×200).
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.
- Separate toilet.

Exterior:
- A beautiful unfenced garden of 1,000 m², facing South at the front and North at the back. You will also have access downstairs via a staircase to the other part of the garden.
- A terrace of 25 m² facing South with furniture to enjoy the nice days, overlooking the center of the village.

The house is ideally located in Gravières, 100 meters from the Saint-Victor Church, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
You can enjoy all the picturesque sites of this beautiful region: medieval cities, historical centers, castles, museums..., Natural and unusual sites: Vallon pont d'Arc, Gorge du Chassezac, Défilées de Ruoms, Bois de Païolive, Canyon, miniature village, Ron des Fades, dinosaur footprints, rupestrian sarcophagi, caves, avens..., And very developed playful and sporting activities: canoeing, climbing, Via Ferrata, accrobranche, hiking, karting, cycling.
Market on Saturday mornings and Tuesday evenings in summer in the town Les Vans.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property (4 vehicles).
