Built by a perfumer and fully restored, it has kept its original silhouette — a belvedere tower, rounded arcades and a perfectly symmetrical façade turned toward the light. Five bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, welcome up to ten guests across three floors designed for light and views. On the garden level, two bedrooms open directly onto the garden and the heated pool. The first floor holds the heart of the house — a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining room opening onto a panorama that continues out to the main terrace. Under the eaves, three more bedrooms, one watching over the old town from beside its fireplace.

Outside, life moves into the open air: a heated pool facing the hills, an olive tree shading the long table, terraces opening onto the Riviera. From the first coffee to the last stars, the hours aren't counted — they're lived.

The house has air conditioning across the living areas and the three top-floor bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, private on-site parking, an alarm system and a safe. Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels, end-of-stay cleaning, garden and pool maintenance and utilities are all included — no cleaning fee and no hidden extras: the price you see is the price you pay.

The neighbourhood
High above Grasse's old town, in the quiet of the hills. The lanes, workshops and perfume houses are a few minutes away. Cannes, Nice and the beaches of the French Riviera are about half an hour off; the perched villages of the hinterland lie all around.
