This is a tiny apartment space, but it has all the essentials you need for your stay. Located on beautiful acreage with alpacas nearby, it’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, remote workers, traveling professionals, or anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or extended stay.

The apartment is attached to a small cabin but features its own private entrance and separate living space for added privacy.

Conveniently located on the outskirts of town — only 8 minutes from Merlin and 15 minutes from Grants Pass. The closest river access is just 10 minutes away at Matson Park, making it a great home base for exploring Southern Oregon.

This is a peaceful shared property with a total of four cabins/accommodations on-site. While your apartment has its own private entrance and separate living space, you may occasionally see other guests in shared outdoor areas.

We ask that all guests be respectful of one another and mindful of quiet hours so everyone can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Alpacas are located nearby on the property. For their safety, guests are not permitted to enter animal areas. You can feed the alpacas at the fence line,
