« Loved the upscale and cool vibe of the hotel. Room was very comfortable and a small dresser would have helped with clothes storage. Resorted to leaving some things in our suitcase to slide under the bed. Not ideal for an older adult. »

« Layout was not conducive to sleep. The air conditioning was none off, on and off and it was cool or hot. Staff was nice and breakfast was adequate. Glad I only stayed one night. »

« The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Just mini Belgian waffles, packaged muffins, light yogurt, packaged oatmeal, and cereal with coffee and two juices. Overall I feel it was a great value for the minimal cost I paid for the room. « The WiFi sucks . Can barely search a site without the page crashing or refreshing . On either end of the building the WiFi lags badly and it’s hard to connect to anything . Rooms are fairly clean upon arrival,parking is tricky and there is limited luggage carts . There is an elevator on site so if you need to take extra trips but forget about using the luggage carts because they don’t work. But easy check in, clean rooms , laundry on site , vending on first floor, and kitchenette provided . Just...

« This was a great place to stay. Close the museum and not far from the downtown Bentonville area as well. The staff could not have been more helpful. We had good exchanges with multiple people at the front desk and without fail they were very hospitable and helpful. The bed was very good. Everything was clean. No offensive odors. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again. »

« I got a renovated room, MTB bike friendly, extremely clean, comfy mattress and pillows. Bathroom is well stuffed with towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Spotless clean. This hotel is on the new electronic fashion, check in by web, digital locks at the door, code is sent by text message. Coffee machine is priceless. Good room price. »

« Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such.
