Hôtel près de Grant River ()

« Clean »

« Easy to get to, lots of parking. Free coffee. Staff are very helpful. Walls seemed a bit thin, but definitely a lot of people due to the casino. Easy to get over to Galena for some sight seeing. »

« Great place very nice will stay again; poor cell signal in area. »

« Our thermostat did not work »

« only stayed one night....but comfortable. »

« Very helpful checkin staff and the bar/restaurant was right there. Easy in and easy out. »

« This is the first Holiday Inn Express I’ve stayed at that I felt I went back in time to 30 years ago. This is so outdated I’m shocked that IHG puts their name on this property.

« Nice place to stay, room was really nice »

« We had a non- smoking room that smelled like smoke. There was still ashes on the bed nightstand. I told the front desk to make sure we would not be charged a cleaning fee and they did not seem to care. Room looked nothing like it did in the pictures and is in need of updating and repairs. Carpet was old, stained and had holes in spots. Inside of kitchen cabinets had dead bugs and garbage and looks like it has not been cleaned in years. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work. Beds were...
