This historic villa, built in 1900, features a large garden with many exotic plants.
The view of Lake Como (Lario) and Bellagio is breathtaking.
The village of Naggio is located between Lake Como and Lake Lugano and is part of the municipality of Grandola ed Uniti; the Cadenabbia-Menaggio golf course is also located in the village.
The house offers the ideal starting point for hikes to nearby nature reserves such as Parco Val Sanagra, Monte Grona, Monte Bregagno, and Monte Crocione.
The Accommodation
On the first floor, there is a cozy living room furnished with a leather sofa and ottoman, two large armchairs, and a TV; a dining room; and a modern kitchen equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, an electric oven, and a dishwasher. As is often the case in historic towns, the house does not have direct access by car. It’s about a 250-meter walk from the parking lot at the church to the house; a wheelbarrow is available.

Acht! During the heating season, gas and electricity usage will be metered and billed separately. The house is old and has very thick fieldstone walls. Naturally, the insulation isn’t as good as in newer buildings. There is central gas heating, 2 wood-burning stoves with fans, and additional panel radiators, which should only be operated using the solar system.
