« I truly enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, it's a very quiet area convenient to stores and food. There's a walking trail behind the hotel, and indoor pool. Staff was very friendly and eager to help at every turn. If I'm ever near Portland, MI again I'll definitely stay here. »

« We got this room last minute. We did come in late at night but the staff wasn’t to helpful. Had the front desk closed off and not just late at night, but still in the morning at ten to nine. There was actually a fed ex guy there waiting for someone to take the package along with a couple other customers trying to figure out how to get a receipt for their stay. Kitchen set up would have been better if it had utensils and cookware. Fridge worked so that was the plus for us. It was not clean. Hair...

« Gary was very nice and helpful! I recommend contacting him for shuttle to and from the airport though since Google maps doesn't know how to find the house yet. I recommend coming here if you plan to stay for around a week since the sights are so pretty. My only critique is that I wish the bathtub was prepped for use but he wasn't expecting me to want to use it since we've entered the warmer season. »

« Bathroom tub was very stained, the hot water didn't work, and the phone didn't work to call the front desk. Our friend was in another room and their hot water also didn't work. They ended up going to another hotel. After waiting for a while at the front desk we finally got another room. »

« This place was disgraceful! My daughter and I pulled up and the place was scary! It is located in a remote area, the place smelled awful, and when we got inside it looked gross and dog was in the lobby and growled at my daughter! Why was there a dog in the lobby anyways? We didn’t even get in the room we cancelled and found another hotel! Do not stay here! »

« Check in took forever then we were assigned a room someone was already in .We had to go back down get another room after driving and being at the ball diamonds all day. Kids and adults were running up and down the halls yelling and slamming doors till 1:15am didn't get no sleep horrible experience. »

« Beds were lumpy but clean. Carpet in room and hallways was VERY dirty. Quite strange. »

« Ive honestly paid less for better hotels. For a Hampton, we expected much better. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, could feel every spring. Very average hotel. Likely wouldnt stay again. »

« The room was awesome loved the walk in shower and the little nook for your towel so you don't even have to get out. Loved the mirror as well and the microwave mini fridge and coffee station it was all hidden only thing I didn't like was paying $15 for parking »
