'We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. 'Location and view lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to beach ( beach still closed for swimming during our visit). Pool temp was not so warm so not used much and gym for men not very inviting for my family (small and limited compared to much larger open spaces upstairs for women only). Breakfast was enjoyed by all. Overall we enjoyed our stay.'

'Bij het inchecken werden wij hartelijk verwelkomd. Het hotel ligt vlak tegenover het strand met een grote bewaakte zwemzone. Verschillende eetgelegenheden op wandelafstand alsook het aquarium. De kamer en de badkamer waren piekfijn in orde en schoon. De airco werkte perfect. Een kluis is aanwezig. Goede kwaliteit/prijsverhouding. Een aanrader.'

'The location is nice if you want to spend time in Noumea, but it is a longer drive to get out of the centre. During the weekends, there is a lot of noise from the surrounding area (bars), till 23:00 or even midnight. It was unclear at the time of booking, that there was no cleaning service offered. I was given 1 roll of toilet paper only! WiFi was free for only one day. Rubbish was not collected from the room. Much noise from the corridors. I had a cockroach in the room. The room itself was...

'The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!'

'I booked the room for my aunty who travelled solo and she enjoyed her stay very much. The staff was very attentive, looked after her, went above and beyond, everything was perfect. The hotel was very well located and it was easy for her to explore the surroundings by foot. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel in the future for myself or recommend it to my family and friends. The staff was also very responsive to my messages - excellent communication. Very satisfied overall.'
