All of them are no further than 3-4 minutes walk from Sea 11 Villas. You have numerous restaurants and 2-3 grocery stores and a bus stop within the 3-4 minutes walking radius. The sea is 30 seconds walk away and a beautiful beach is 3 walk minutes away.

Villa Features:
1. The villas each have their own private swimming pool.
2. The villas come fully furnished with two bedrooms. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the other is on the first floor. Each bedroom contains a queen sized bed, so up to 4 persons can stay. Families of 6 or more people usually book 2 or more villas.
3. Each villa comes with a fully equipped open kitchen. Please note that our villas are self-catering villas.

Strictly no-smoking inside, however, if you wish to smoke, you can certainly smoke and chill by the pool or walk up to the balcony to enjoy the view and your cigarette.

Places of Interest close-by:
1. The Sea is 30 seconds walk from the property. The beach where you can swim is 3 minutes walk from the property. Unlike Grand Baie Public beach, it is an unpolluted, beautiful and secluded beach.
2. Le Capitaine, Restaurant Coolen and Mama Mia are the 3 restaurants that my guests would certainly strongly recommend. They are all within 2 minutes by walk.
3. There are numerous small grocery shops that are within 2-3 minutes walk from the property.
4. La Croisette Shopping Mall is 12 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive from the property, and Super U is 20 minutes walk or 4-5 minutes drive away.
5. There are numerous nearby places that offer contract car or bicycle and motorbike rentals. However, you only need a car if you are travelling outside of Grand Baie to visit the whole of Mauritius more cheaply than taking a taxi. If you plan on staying mostly within the Northern area and Grand Baie, you don't need a car or even a bicycle if you stay at Sea 11 Villas, since the bus stop is just 2 minutes walk away.
