Hôtel près de Grand Army of the Republic Hall (Aurora)

« Breakfast, Clean room and staff were good. I will be staying here again. »

« Stayed on 2nd floor and had a massive water leak from the 3rd floor to my bathroom. Also manager was not professional and helpful at all. Horrible customer service from his end. and i would never stay there again. Many guest complained of several issues, in which they also weren’t happy, Example shorts on light switched, clogged shower and sinks. and many more. »

« Très bon hôtel d'étape à un prix très intéressant. Nous y avons séjourné de par sa proximité (5 min de route) avec le chicago outlet situé à Aurora. Bonne literie, propreté, personnel accueillant et wifi stable. Le seul bémol est la qualité du petit déjeuner mais il n'y pas de secret pour un séjour à 4 à 70 €. »

« Easy check in and out. The rooms are ok, could be updated on certain things but are bug free. Didnt free any of the free breakfast. We went to the honey berry cafe next door that is absolutely great. »

« This was a overall one star experience. My room was fully paid for through Expedia and when I arrived to check in my room had been given away. The girl was nonchalant and said i did not pay for it even when i showed her my reciept from Expedia. I had to pay again for the stay. It was late and we travelled all day so we needed to stay so i paid again..They put me in a smaller room and it was disgusting. The smell of the carpets in the halls was strong and nausiating...I did not even want to walk...

« We arrived late so had to wait for the on call staff. While waiting we were approached by several “guests” that were intoxicated. While checking in two other impaired guests entered. We had also observed a group of men along the buildings exterior that were partying. When we arrived in the room it wreaked of pot. We returned downstairs and asked to cancel our reservation. We felt very uncomfortable »

« Just a quick comment on the Heat system/Air conditionning. It worked fine, but was not calibrated at all. I had to set it to 80 degrees, to get approximately a normal room temp (around 68 degrees). »
