Modern apartment in the heart of Granada, ideal for couples, families, or business trips. Just a few minutes’ walk from Granada Cathedral, Gran Vía de Colón, and the historic Albaicín. It features one bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, WiFi, Smart TV, and a workspace. Accessible for people with reduced mobility, it is located on the ground floor and designed to provide comfort throughout your stay.

*The space*

Suite Catedral offers a modern, bright, and carefully designed space for comfort. The apartment features a main bedroom with a 1.50 m double bed, designed to ensure a restful sleep after a day exploring Granada.

The living room is cozy and functional, equipped with a comfortable 1.60 m sofa bed with an Italian-style mechanism for two people, and a 43-inch Smart TV, creating an ideal setting to relax after exploring the city. This same space includes a practical dining area, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a moment of rest.

The fully equipped kitchen is modern and functional, designed so you can prepare your meals with total comfort during your stay. It includes a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, and all necessary kitchenware. In addition, the suite has a washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board for added convenience during short or long stays.

One of the key highlights of Suite Catedral is its accessibility. Located on the ground floor, it is the only unit in the building fully adapted according to regulations, with spacious areas and a fully accessible bathroom featuring an adapted shower, accessible sink, and WC, designed to ensure a comfortable stay for guests with reduced mobility.

For greater comfort, the apartment includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, WiFi throughout the property, and a workspace with a desk, ideal for those combining leisure and work during their stay.

Every detail has been designed to offer a practical, comfortable, and welcoming experience in the heart of Granada, allowing you to enjoy the city with all the comforts from the very first moment.

*Warning:* The building does not have private parking or public parking in the area.

In the arrival instructions, we will share the location of two nearby parking spaces available for your use.

Please note that, due to local regulations, only vehicles that meet the required emissions standards are allowed to enter the area; otherwise, access will not be permitted.

*Services and common areas*

When you stay in our apartment, you will have the entire space exclusively for you and your companions. From the moment you arrive, you can enjoy total privacy and comfort in every corner of this cozy accommodation.

*Other things to note*

Important: In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all accommodations in Spain are required to register each guest and send the information to the authorities. Therefore, before accessing the property, it will be necessary to complete a form with the guests’ details.

A security deposit is required and will be charged before the start of the stay. This amount will be fully refunded automatically within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided that no damages or incidents are found in the property.



If you need a crib or high chair, please check availability in advance. This service has an additional cost.

For safety reasons, we do not provide pillows in baby cots, following the recommendations of the Spanish Association of Pediatrics, which advises not to use them until the baby transitions to a bed.

However, if your baby is used to sleeping with a pillow, you are welcome to bring your own.
