'The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. 'The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. '

'The location was very convenient and I could easily walk to places. I like that right across the street there were places to eat. The room was serviced daily which was very nice. The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. 'The swimming pool is still not finished after opening (5 years). Rooms are not international standard. Showers are great, WIFI as well. Management is very inflexible. if you arrive at 1 pm and the room is free you official should wait till 3 pm. Water is only given 1 time although you stay longer than 1 night. Mattresses getting old as there is in some rooms a hole. Only reason to stay is the airport as the shuttle is excellent compare to Holiday in Express. '

'The entire compound was clean including the pool. The host and her sister were friendly and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed breakfast as well. We’d 100% recommend visiting. '

'Good service from staff ! Bad maintenance overall. No possibility to hang clothes or anything else. No ( good ) chairs to sit outside and inside. Loud other guests, no rules, no sound isolation. '

'I love everything! I wish if I was staying longer. I really don't want to go home. The food was great, the bed was comfortable and the room was bigger than many hotels I have stayed at. The internet was excellent, I got to actually do my work. Because it's a residential area, I used the transportation app to call the TT version of Uber. Very convenient.
