Timber Ridge Retreat House Rules

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is by 10:00 AM.

Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the property. A $250 fee will apply. No pets, parties, or large gatherings are allowed.

Please be respectful of neighboring guests and keep noise to a minimum.

Children must be supervised at all times in the outdoor pool area, and no glass is permitted in or around the pool.

Please place all trash in the designated outdoor receptacles before checkout and make sure all doors are locked when leaving.
