'This hotel is updated and clean. Staff was great. The beds were pretty soft but I think this is due to wear which was disappointing. The bathroom in the double queen rooms are way too small. You can’t close the bathroom door if standing in front of the toilet.'

'It’s pretty nice to check out the inside of the Château. There was nothing I was really wild about other than some of the antiques inside and some of the interior decorating. I have no complaints about the place. I’d recommend checking it out, it still has some of the Bavarian style to it. Treat yo self!'

'Our original room had a busted TV which wasn’t realized until after we had everything moved into the room. The HDMI cable had the end broke off. After reporting it to the desk, they moved us to a different room on the other side of the property. The new room’s smelled like weed and the sink was completely clogged and it took 10 minutes to drain. Also, there was no cold water in the shower. The cold faucet handle was broken internally. We were too tired to change rooms again so “enjoyed” hot...

'This was the worst place that I've stayed in the Bloomington area. There was no one at the check-in desk. My room was VERY dirty. It was not cleaned at all. The bed,at least, was made. No breakfast or even coffee in the lobby. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone and will not be back. You should not be advertising this site on Expedia !!!!!! AWFUL'

'We checked in an the smell in the both of our rooms was overwhelming. We switched rooms 3 times and all were the same. Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress. We asked for a refund and was told there was nothing they could do for us and had to deal with Expedia our booking agent. So we left. All this within the...
