'Sehr schöne und große Villa. Toller Außenbereich mit freistehendem Pool und langen Tisch für 20 Personen. Unkomplizierter Check-in und -out. Absolut empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 20 Leuten. 4 Doppelzimmer und 4 Dreierzimmer mit bequemen Betten und jeweils einem eigenen Bad. Zudem zwei Küchen und ein Tanzsaal.'

'The week spent in this house was truly a great week. The house is beautiful and practical, the pool is big, clean and does not contain too much chlorine. It possible to play table tennis, table football and football. There are enough bathrooms, two kitchens and swings for the kids. The sea and the city Pesaro are not too far away. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice. The fridge was filled when we arrived and they made delicious pizza for us. Definitely recommendable!'

'First of all I would like to thank Cinzia and Loredana for having us. They were incredibly nice, available at any time and gave us great tips. 'We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Lorenzo en Luana. Er stonden hapjes, taart en een gekoelde fles Prosecco klaar. Er was ook van alles voorzien voor het ontbijt (toastbrood, choco, jam, koffie,...). Tijdens het verblijf kregen we ook nog een quiche (gebakken door de dochter) en fruit aangeboden. Lorenzo en Luana zijn zeer gastvrij maar toch discreet en steeds bereikbaar. 'Unsere Woche war von Anfang bis zum Ende ein tolles Erlebnis. Der Eigentümer, Roberto, hat uns selbst begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Lage und und der Zustand des Hauses ist einfach toll. Es gab die Woche zwei Kleinigkeiten zu beheben, die in in Windeseile von Roberto selbst erledigt wurden. Einmal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser und ein anderes Mal konnte das Tor an der Einfahrt nicht geöffnet werden. Da wir dadurch nicht zum Bäcker fahren konnten hat Roberto uns entsprechend versorgt. 'We stayed with Angelo and Maria for 2 weeks. The house is big and clean and has all you need. It was very warm the week we were there so we were very happy with the airconditioners (2 bedrooms and dining room). The swimming pool was great for the children because they could stay in it (approximately 1.35 deep). The house is on the first floor. 'Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. 'We experienced this hotel as a disappointment. The description is mentioning soundproof rooms, which is not the case at all. As well the sound of adjacent rooms as the sound of the busy road causes a lot of nuisance. This was a first for us to use earplugs, which is a bit of a shame when you look for soundproof rooms... 'La casa è molto comoda con ampi spazi, dovrebbe essere solo manutenuta un po’ meglio e essere fornita di qualche accessorio in più , perché è davvero una casa carina in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dal mare, vicinissima alla zona pedonale ma appena fuori dal rumore del centro. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene.'
