The outside includes a courtyard of 100 m2 that allows parking 2 or 3 cars, a small terrace with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue as well as a closed lawn of 250 m2 on which you will find a small garden furniture, a portico and trampoling for children.
On the ground floor of the house you will find a TV lounge, a fitted kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge), a small TV room with sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people, and a bathroom (sink, shower bath, toilet and washing machine).
Upstairs: a large bedroom with a double bed and a baby cot, and a large bedroom with a double bed and pull-out beds for 2 children.
