This large house, which harmoniously blends the authentic charm of stone with the elegance of wood, is located in Gouville-sur-Mer, just a few minutes from the beaches. Available for rent in its entirety, it can accommodate up to ten people and is an ideal place for holidays with family, friends or for a multi-generational getaway. The house has five comfortable bedrooms, two spacious and bright living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens and two bathrooms. The large bay windows, combined with the contemporary wooden architecture, create a warm atmosphere and exceptional brightness.
Inside, the houses are connected by a door between the two living rooms on the ground floor. There are no connecting doors on the first floor.
Outside, guests have access to a large plot of land, part of which is fenced off when renting the entire property, as well as a large wooden terrace where they can enjoy the sunshine. A pétanque court is also available, perfect for socialising. The house accepts dogs, up to a limit of two, and has space to park several vehicles. This complete accommodation offers comfort, space and tranquillity in a quiet environment close to all amenities.
