Villa's in Gouvia

'Villa Alemar ist traumhaft zwischen Meer und Bergen gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen gemütlichen Urlaub nötig ist. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Unser Gastgeber Dinos hat uns viele Tipps für Restaurants und Aktivitäten gegeben, vielen Dank dafür :) Für Verbindungen in größere Orte, Erkundungen und das Einkaufen würde ich ein Auto empfehlen, in Barbati selbst bekommt man allerdings auch das Nötigste. Ich würde dort immer wieder...

'First of all we had a very nice stay. The view from the several balconies and terraces and pool is stunning - enjoy a cold drink and look atnthe sunset over yhe ionic sea. The pool is cleaned regularly. The house itself is a bit out of shape - broken umbrellas, sofas covered by blankets (not visible in the announced photos). 'We hebben een hele goede tijd gehad in de villa. Het is een heel fijn en goed verzorgd huis, zeer schoon, extra's als veel films (video) en veel tv-kanalen en je kunt heerlijk buiten zitten rondom het huis. Alan is zeer goed bereikbaar en altijd beschikbaar. Kassiopi is lopend goed te bereiken. Heeft vele fijne eettentjes en is zeer gemoedelijk.'

'Das geräumige Ferienhaus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Haus und Pool wurden zwischendurch gereinigt. Alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, man kann von hier aus gut die Insel erkunden. Bäcker, Taverne/Bar und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, auf der Straße vor dem Haus gibt es praktisch keinen Verkehr. Von der Terrasse blickt man ins Grüne. 'We have just spent a perfect week in Don's house in Kassiopi. He and his wife are gentle, kind people, clearly in the business of 4*service. Their two restaurants, one on the harbor are lovely spots, just as their beautiful home we stayed in. The separate studio was ideal for our daughter and her 2 teenage friends, while we stayed up in the house with our older sons. Very nice beds, large rooms, perfectly equipped kitchen, very well working AC's, a wonderful pool and a regular cleaning lady who...

'Een gezellige ruime woning. Er staat een boodschappenpakket klaar bij aankomst. We hebben genoten, veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad en de tafeltennistafel. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, de woning ligt niet echt op loopafstand van een stadje met restaurantjes of supermarkt.'

'The villa and pool were amazing and Giannis really went out of his way to make us feel welcome with a very friendly nature throughout and lots of goodies left for us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and had more than we needed in terms of facilities. The area was very peaceful and in June was all green with lots of birds flying around. 'Lovely property with great views , lovely swimming pool and balcony, has parking space ample tables and chairs. It is approximately a 15 minute fairly steep walk from the main road and well stocked supermarket with car hire .'

'The property itself is beautiful. The house was stocked with plenty of towels, we only needed hair conditioner. The pool was very clean. The extra shed house is across the street out the gate, not suitable for children FYI. We enjoyed our stay except it was very far from old town, took us at least 30 minutes, we are from the US though, so we are not as accustomed to driving. 'Wir hatten eine schöne Woche auf Korfu. Das Haus ist groß und für eine kleine Gruppe ideal, es kam einmal eine Putzfrau und hat alles auf Vordermann gebracht und der Pool wurde in der Woche ebenfalls zweimal gesäubert. Der Check in und die Kommunion klappt super, wir haben sogar ein paar erste Lebensmittel und Wasser im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Allerdings muss man auch ein paar Abschläge hinnehmen. 'Lovely two bedroom villa with good air con throughout. Views not quite as good as photos. Rocky start to stay as arrived at 1am and no house sign as it had fallen down. Lovely stay. Ten mins walk to beach but 20 minutes steep walk back.'

'Sehr tolle Unterkunft, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Die „Zimmermädchen“ sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, selten, das die mal grüßen, aber damit können wir leben. Das Frühstück ist OK, aber 12 Tage immer das selbe ist nicht so toll, da könnte etwas mehr Abwechslung nicht schaden. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. '
