Nice and quiet just minutes from Magnolia

  • Enjoy a tranquil setting in this modern farmhouse for a family gathering, a celebration or some relaxation. Completely updated but still quaint and cute, this lodging is the perfect getaway. Complete with a screened-in porch, an upstairs game room for the kids (or big kids), a four person spa installed November 2020 and plenty of outdoor area, this place can and will accommodate.

    Upon arrival, you and your guests will enjoy deciding which bedroom fits you best. Will it be the master suite decorated with the popular buffalo check details or the cozy front bedroom complete with a sleigh bed and delicate details? Or maybe you will want to stay in the popular Waco-room with accents from our town’s past and present.

    We are located on the edge of Waco just a few minutes of downtown Waco and shopping. Other places of interest near our home are Highlander Ranch-McLennan Community College, Waco Mammoth National Monument, Waco Regional Airport, Lake Waco Golf Club, Lake Waco, and the Brazos & Bosque Rivers.

The host was very welcoming and informative upon our arrival. They even let us know about a potential issue ahead of time and asked us to keep them updated if we noticed anything, which we really appreciated. The house was great and very comfortable, and we especially loved the area. Sitting on the porch and seeing cows across the street was so relaxing and really gave us that peaceful country feel. The outdoor space was amazing and perfect for unwinding.It was exactly the vibe we were looking for in a country getaway. It was close enough to town that getting there was quick and easy, but far enough out that you could truly enjoy the quiet surroundings. This was our first time visiting the area and we definitely enjoyed it. We would absolutely stay here again, especially if traveling with a larger group since the house has plenty of space.

Loved the quiet cozy location!

Enjoyed the house very much! It rained the whole time we stayed so we couldn’t really use the hot tub. Still loved the screened in porch and the rooms were really good in space. We have 3 kids and each was able to have their own room. Would love to stay again!

Just like the pictures

We had a great girls trip to Waco and we loved staying here. It is a great location just a few minutes outside of Waco. It was very clean, nicely furnished, and very welcoming. We enjoyed the hot tub after a full day of fun. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay, was very helpful and gave timely responses. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again.

Nice House and Property Close To Waco

We really loved the nice and quiet house and it is in a wonderful and peaceful location. It is very nice inside and outside and we loved the screened in porch. It was just minutes into Waco to all the places we visited. The premier host provided helpful information before, during, and after our visit. We had a few questions and they responded quickly. We definitely recommend it when planning a visit to Waco.

80th Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my mother-in-law's 80th birthday during our stay. This property was clean and exactly as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent. This place is out in the country, but we got to most restaurants and things in Waco within 15 minutes. Quiet, nice location.

The house is great! Very clean and comfortable. Great location. Well stocked with supplies. The barbecue and hot tub both work great. My only criticism would be that It’s a little farther away from downtown than I thought it would be (about 15 minutes). Not to far out though. Would definitely stay there again.

I wanna live here!

It’s always a good stay when you hate to leave and you wish you could take the home back as a souvenir. Such a peaceful stay in a beautiful place. Since we live in the city, we wanted a farm stay in the country while being close to plenty to do and this place delivered that and more. The hot tub was completely private. The furnishings were comfortable. Everything was clean and fresh. We had everything we needed supplied to us for a week long stay in Waco. We will definitely stay again when we’re in town. A wonderful home away from home!

We had a wonderful experience with Donnie, Jess plus Brandy… the home was just as expected! The hospitality and communication was above and beyond all expectations! We would definitely stay with them again if we come back to Waco. I was in Waco with my four kids ages 9-19 and my mom. The house had plenty of space and plenty to do. Set in a very quiet area, you have a wonderful vista of the cattle grazing just across the road! The home is beautiful, and the interior appears much larger than the pictures. Our group of 5 friends had plenty of rooms to choose from, and 3 bathrooms was a huge bonus. Our favorite thing besides the cute and comfortable interior were the porches! My only suggestion might be to add additional outdoor seating to both.

Aesthetically charming, clean, and perfect for our stay with 8 adults aged 20-83. Master bedroom and another bedroom with soft, comfortable mattresses, roomy, good water pressure. Room with twin beds perfect for daughter and elderly mom using walker. Brother and daughters boyfriend chilled up in “game room,” those mattresses were not that comfortable, however there were enough blankets to pad them. Definitely will stay again since my brother works at Baylor. Wonderful time!
