  • Gelegen in een rustig gehucht en zocht in de buurt van het dorp Gordes, werd dit mooie stenen huis eind 19e in 2008 volledig gerestaureerd door een Belgische ontwerper met harmonie en verfijning (gepolijste betonnen vloeren en meubels ontworpen voor thuisgebruik). omheinde tuin van 400m2, een terras in de schaduw van een grote varen met eethoek en een solarium, pool pool (11x 3m diepte 1. 50m) Zeer mooie voorzieningen.
    Situatie
    In een klein gehucht op een paar kilometer van Gordes, 40 kilometer van Avignon (TGV), 70 kilometer van de luchthaven van Marseille Provence en Aix en Provence.

    Dit prachtige huis met een bewoonbare oppervlakte van 150 m2 is geschikt voor 6 personen.

    Grote woonkamer zeer licht komt uit op de tuin met lounge-open haard (decoratief), de eetkamer en de open keuken naar de eetkamer volledig uitgerust (high-end toestellen). Gastentoilet. Bijkeuken / wasruimte. De ingang van het huis is door middel van de garage (elektrische poort).

    Een dubbele kamer (bed 160 cm), badkamer met douche met toilet. Een dubbele kamer (bed 180 cm) met kleedkamer, eigen badkamer met douche en toilet met uitzicht over de Luberon. Een derde tweepersoons slaapkamer (bed 180 cm), badkamer, apart toilet, dressing in mezzanine.

Très jolie maison, décorée avec goût et bien équipée dans un petit hameau calme proche de Gordes. 2 points d’amélioration significatifs : la présence permanente et obligatoire du robot dans la piscine empêche de faire des longueurs et est vraiment intrusive ; il est interdit de projeter de l’eau sur le sol du rdc ce qui n’est vraiment pas pratique dans une maison avec piscine

Second Stay

We enjoyed this house so much we returned! Perfect for a smaller group. We first stayed in 2016 and we loved the charm of the house, the location, and proximity to our favorite villages. While we have returned to Provence several times since in a group of 8, this time when planning for a smaller group we were thrilled to find this home was still available. Communication was quick. The house is nicely decorated and clean. We appreciated the little touches such as two hairdryers, new soaps in all bathrooms, and a bottle of wine. Gustave is attentive and communicative. We enjoyed morning runs to the boulangerie, days exploring villages, and evenings with the pool and a nice bottle of wine, cheese, and relaxation. FYI- There is no handrail on the concrete spiral stairs.

Beautiful and Clean Home

My family... three adults and two children, stayed at this property, and we loved it. The home was beautifully furnished. It also was one of the cleanest VRBO properties I've ever stayed in. It had wonderful amenities. The bathrooms were clean and roomy. The beds and bedrooms were nice. The kitchen had everything you would need except knives for chopping. The patio had great furniture and the pool was clean and well kept. I would not stay in this home with young children as the stairway is open... no railing / banister. Also, the house does not have air conditioning. It did get very warm while we were there in July. They had furnished each bedroom with a fan, but the fan in my room stopped working the last two nights we were there. Although we contacted the property manager three times and he promised to bring by a new fan, it never happened. So I spent two nights in a very warm bedroom. This is the only negative comment I have about our stay. Overall I rate the quality of the home a five star. I would have liked to see a more responsive property management.

Wunderschönes Haus in absoluter Ruhe

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Einen Stern habe ich abgezogen, da uns der Pool voller Blätter übergeben wurde, der gesamte Außenbereich sah im Gegensatz zum Inneren eher vernachlässigt aus. Ansonsten alles top!

beautiful holiday home in great landscape

the house is exactly as shown in the pictures - beautifully decorated and well maintained. the kitchen is fully equipped and working a treat. we appreciated the ice cube-producer in the freezer. the beds are mostly comfortable - depending on what mattress firmness one prefers. the house is in between others so be aware of some possible noise of neighbouring holiday renters.

Great place in a lovely hamlet in the heart of the Luberon

My wife, three daughters and I had a great stay for a week in August. The house was smart, stylish, well equipped and very well positioned near to lots of lovely villages and towns in the Luberon. Our one recommendation would be to get a fan for the third bedroom to deal with the heat at night.

très bon séjour

Nous avons passé en famille 2 semaines dans cette très belle maison de charme décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bénéficiant d'équipements haut de gamme, notamment pour la cuisine. Elle est située dans un hameau dans la vallée au pied de Gordes (pour les joggers , belles sorties à faire dans la campagne avec des points de vue magnifiques sur Gordes). Nous avons pu facilement rayonner dans toute la région au gré de nos visites. Nos enfants de 8 et 6 ans ont pleinement profité de la piscine (ils ne voulaient pas repartir, gage d'un séjour réussi) ....et ont pris plaisirs à la cueillette des framboises, mûres, ciboulette, thym situés au fond du jardin. En résumé, maison à recommander.

Lovely holiday near Gordes

Really enjoyed staying at this property near Gordes. The house is beautifully designed with all the necessary things to make it very comfortable. Lovely terrace, where we had breakfast and dinner. Also a good sized pool right next to the house which incentivised to swim more. Beautifully designed garden. Would recommend.

Highly recommended

I recently stayed here and loved every minute of it! The house is beautifully presented and very comfortable. We loved sitting by the pool in the afternoon, enjoying the lovely garden. Eating out nearby at La ferns de la Huppe and la Triquette in Gordes were also highlights. The only criticism would be that this is not a house for small children as the stairs are a little dangerous. We would definitely recommend this to our friends and hopefully we will return.

Wonderful

The home was more beautiful and more comfortable than we could have imagined. Six adults never felt crowded, and had plenty of private space. Dinner next door on the patio at La Ferme de la Huppe was delightful. We frequented the patisseries and potagers in Gordes for groceries and cooked many meals at home in the fabulous kitchen or on the bar-b-q. The outdoor space was always in use. We took a ride on the Sun-e-bikes from Bonnieux, which was a very fun day trip, also enjoyed kayaking from Kayak Vert in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The rest of the trip was just relaxing day trips, moderate sightseeing (the bories and Senanque Abbaye), and enjoying fabulous weather with great friends. Recommend for relaxing and recharging.

Magnifique maison et propriétaires charmants!

Magnifique maison d'hameau au coeur du Lubéron. Le jardin paysagé et la piscine amènent au calme assuré. La décoration intérieure de très bon goût offre des prestations de très belles qualités. Les activités sont nombreuses dans cette région entourée de villages classés. A recommander et découvrir. Nous reviendrons!

Un havre de paix pour se ressourcer à proximité de

Maison située dans un hameau très calme. Prestations de grande qualité: - 3 chambres spacieuses disposant chacune de leur salle d'eau et de leur toilettes - Pièce à vivre spacieuse, très claire, ouverte sur le jardin - Terrasse ombragée bien orientée pour en profiter à tout moment de la journée - Piscine (pas encore assez chaude en mai...). La décoration est soignée, harmonieuse et incite à la détente. Tous les équipements sont récents et de qualité (cuisine, literie, vaisselle, linge). En bref, un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer tout en étant à proximité de nombreux villages de charme du Lubéron et de leurs marchés! Le petit plus : un petit coin de jardin, destiné aux herbes aromatiques, est à notre disposition pendant le séjour!
