Charming Gîte in the Heart of the Landes

Welcome to Goos, a charming peaceful village in the heart of the Landes, just 20 minutes from Dax and its famous thermal baths, 11 minutes from Préchacq-les-Bains and 45 minutes from the beaches of the Landes.

Nestled in a 2.5 hectares of wooded estate, this 110 m² country house welcomes you for a rejuvenating stay in the middle of nature.

You can enjoy a large shared swimming pool (13x4 m) with its shelter, sunbeds, as well as various relaxation and play areas in the park.
The accommodation
The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

It consists of:

2 freshly renovated bedrooms, each equipped with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, with private bathroom, toilet and storage. Linen provided (sheets, shower towels, hairdryer).

A warm living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, an additional adjoining toilet and a laundry area (washing machine, dryer, laundry equipment).

A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (filter or capsules), toaster, complete crockery and utensils. You will also find everything you need to prepare your meals as soon as you arrive: tea, coffee, sugar, basic condiments.

Wi-Fi connection, a TV and board games for your moments of relaxation.

A private terrace with outdoor furniture and plancha, ideal for enjoying the sunny days.

Private parking available.

Everything is planned to make you feel at home, with the comfort and little touches necessary for a pleasant and carefree stay.
Travelers' access
You will have access to the entire park of the estate. We live on site, in a large house nearby, but your privacy will be fully respected.
Another house, further away, is still being renovated: rest assured, no work will disturb your stay.
If you wish to discover the other parts of the estate being restored, such as the old stable, we will be happy to open the doors to you on request.
