Beautiful Giant Glamping Yurt: Sleeps 8Scunthorpe, UK
8.0 van 10, Zeer goed, (2 beoordelingen)
'Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. The staff,...

'We had the Lendel apartment which is equipped with the required kitchen tools. Also, the rooms were quite spacious. Lots of toilet and kitchen paper, sufficient towels and blankets were available. Some of the beds were not very strong as they required some maintenance. Moreover, some kitchen knives were missing as well as a vacuum cleaner because there is no housekeeping. Some more regular maintenance would definitely be a good thing. The location is perfect as it is situated across the York...

'The property was full of unpleasant damp smells and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in at night, location was ok but not to stay in again 😞 so I would've asked for a refund but I'll put it down to experience.. but thank you for letting us stay.. '

'The property is on the ground floor with about 3 steps to the door itself, check in was a breeze with a lockbox and codes provided for entry into the building. The flat is located 5-7mins from The centre of York and the taxis into the centre are all reasonably priced. The flat was clean and tidy and even had some milk in the fridge for a cuppa to save a walk to the shops. Parking is directly outside the flat with no issues to find a space.
Only niggle on a great stay was the doors having a life...

'Muy buena ubicación, bonito departamento, pero el wc estaba sucio sin bajarle, unas sábanas con cabellos y no tenía amenidades indispensables cómo shampoo y suficiente papel del baño para solo dos noches.
El car Park sugerido costaba más de 100 libras por dos noches, sugerimos el Q Park, misma distancia y mitad de precio'

'Had a lovely stay in the Centre of York . My Wife loved the room with the Bath & floral decorations!
The Room was very clean.
As expected a little noisy on the saturday night, being right in the middle of the High st. Easy to check in with keysafe.
Only things to be aware of is ,there is parking recommended beforehand, however we were not told that we had to pre book parking, which meant we were trying to find a parking space forever & were losing the Will !!
A couple of minor things were...

We especially loved how close it was to all the main attractions, especially the quaint little cafes etc! Made it easy to explore York without needing the car. 'Completely disappointed about this place. The rate we paid establish a charge of 60 pounds for cleaning concept. Well, clearly they are not using this money for such porpuse.
I can not believe the state of that duvet, dust on the appliances and the exhaust vents, stained carpets and crumbs on the counter. Lucky the bathroom was acceptable and we did not use the kitchen or the fridge at all.'
