« This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...

« Should be rated a 2-. Constant sewer odour, except for Annie staff not friendly. No proper cooking utensils, coffee maker not working, had to light stove/oven with lighter which was not included, had to ask to have garbage changed, I have a photo as to the sheet on my bed, nasty. Drinking water only offered upon check in. »

« I spent 26 days here and absolutely enjoyed it. The apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hard. But that wasn’t a big deal for me. I could come and go as I wanted. There are no elevators. Also, you may not get the apartment that they show on their Expedia/VRBO ad. They have somebody there 24/7 and are always there to help. It was very nice. I hope I get to stay there again. »
