'The bed made noise with every single simple movement, you can tell the mattress was old, also the knob on the shower fell while I was adjusting the water temperature, they need to add a full body mirror in the rooms, and even the ac was at 64 the room temperature was 72 don’t think the ac was working properly. Just one elevator :/'

'The hotel itself was great. The staff were friendly and attentive. Very close to Jackson Square The only negative thing was the lack of an elevator and trouble with the WiFi. 9/10'

'I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend. Everything is done online then they send you the passcode and instructions to check in, you don’t have to wait at the desk for someone to help you it’s all virtual. Pool area is really nice, while I did not use the gym I was very impressed at all that it had to use. The property is within a 10-15 min walk to everything you want to do. 'Hotel heeft update/opknapbeurt nodig. Airco openbare ruimte op diverse verdiepingen werkt niet. Daar wordt niets over vermeld bij boeken/verteld bij inchecken. En dat bij 98 F. Ontbijt ruimte is groezelig en vuilnisbakken puilen uit. Geen reclame voor Best Western. Eigenlijk laat Best maar weg.'
