'Staff was very friendly and extremely helpfull. Hotel is in the middle of city center, so this is very convenient. We stayed on the 11th floor, but we hardly heard anything at night of the busy city center (and we stayed during Mardi Gras)'

'We have stayed here three times and love it! The location in the French Quarter is walking distance to all attractions. The staff is friendly and welcoming. A heads up for first timers—this is a historic hotel—so everything may not be up to 5 star resort standards. As I said before— we love it and will come back!'

'My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip. '

My room was on the 5th floor that's clean and quiet, probably because there were not many people in the hotel. I could hear someone next door taking shower in the morning though.
